In the last week of March 2008, the chosen employees of HSBC bank and the financier LOSANGO were given a trip to Natal as a reward for their work, where they stayed in the largest and most luxurious resort on the Brazilian coast, Serhs Natal Grand Hotel. During check-in, two people dressed up as Lampião and Maria Bonita, welcomed all the participants.
In the evening there was a reception dinner in Takuapu Restaurant in the Pestana Hotel. With a presentation by the traditional “forró” group “Meirinhos do Forró”, this dinner was a great start for the excitement of the days to follow.
On Saturday in the morning, an amazing buggy trip on the Genipabu dunes gave the participants an opportunity to see the beauty that Rio Grande do Norte has to offer its visitors.
On the same day, after the trip, a cocktail followed by a gala dinner marked the most anticipated moment, as the best employees were awarded prizes. The ambiance of this event was especially prepared so that all those awarded prizes felt like Kings for a day in the City of the Sun. |

The careful planning down to the last detail ensured the occasion had a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.
On the last day in the morning, with a historical city tour, the participants were able to appreciate the parts of the city that retain vestiges of the time when Natal was an important city on the world scene, during the war.
To wrap up the historic tour, there was a visit to the Theatre “Alberto Maranhão”, one of the few theatres in Brazil that still has the original characteristics of its construction and inauguration.
A play, not shown before, and especially prepared for this event, told of one little known part of the story of Lampião and Maria Bonita, “O Heróis Vilões” (The Villain Heroes), which until today, still captures the imagination of Brazilians in the Northeast.
Finally there was lunch in the most famous restaurant of the city, “Camarões” (Shrimps), before the return to their cities, with plenty of memories of some very special moments.
