Caixa Econômica - Natal – November - 2007

Created in 1861, Caixa is the main agent of public politicians of the federal government, and in one way or another, it is present in the lives of millions of Brazilians.
The Telemarketing team of Caixa had their reunion in Natal, with the aim of integrating all the employees, coming from the most diverse states of Brazil. “Minieros” (those from Minas Gerais), “gauchos” (those from the South of Brazil), “cariocas” (those from Rio de Janeiro), “paulistas” (those from São Paulo), “pernambucanos” (those from the state of Pernambuco) and many others, got together in the Hotel Serhs to look for the ‘Treasure in the Dunes’.

The Treasure in the Dunes consisted of a buggy trip especially designed to fit the profile of this group - employees who did not know each other personally and needed activities that served to integrate them. In this way, the idea of a treasure hunt arose. In total 150 people divided into 10 teams, got involved in diverse activities such as a jegue (a kind of animal) race, tasting of jaca in the least amount of time, and a sand surfing competition. At the end of these activities, each team received a map showing the place in the dunes where the treasure was buried. After finding it, the surprise. The treasure was a cooler box full of chilled beer. A more satisfying reward would be impossible for those who had spent all day running and jumping in the sun of Rio Grande do Norte.
