The people here who didn’t go are green with envy!!!
Let’s start with the hotel:
Lovely, very well located, excellent facilities, delicious food, impeccable service – whenever we needed it, there was always someone there to assist us and always good-humoured and very helpful. The only criticism I have about the hotel was the check-out as the receptionist was a little distracted and not very helpful. But this certainly didn’t upset the marvellous trip that we had.
Concerning the reception, transfer and outing, I have no complaints whatsoever!!!
It was simply sensational.
The team is brilliant, attentive, really upbeat, fun and very professional at the same time.
Pedro, congratulations on the excellent team and service.

Sorry for not replying before. Yes, you met all our expectations, you were always extremely attentive and everything that we had arranged was carried out to the letter. I would really like to thank you for all your and your team's dedication. It was us who many times were late for the activities and there were some changes, but I imagine that you know how difficult it is to work with so many people, and even though I kept on at everyone about the timetable so that we could organize ourselves with you as well as possible, they passed the information on late, or passed on the wrong information. But this is all part and parcel of events and we really liked the service provided.

I would like to formally extend my thanks to you and all of your team at Tempo de Aventura. I was very well treated and I will never forget the great moments that all of you gave me.
By the way, I took some photos with your camera and if they are still there, I would very much like to receive them.

There will be another event in Natal this year and I am closing a deal with Serhs this week for the first one. We will need transfers IN/OUT of the airport. We need to know how much vans, executive cars and mini-buses would be. Later on, I´ll send you the estimate request form.

When you´re in São Paulo, give us a ring. We can go out on the town and this time you´ll be the VIPs, ok? You spoilt us terribly in Natal, ha ha.

Forgive the delay, which is back from vacation last Monday and just today was able to answer e-mails.

Regarding your query, I have to say is that everything happened as I would like to see happen. Transportation services were very good. All times were met according to the terms and especially the tour of Bugue, and consequently the work of his team has been exceptional. I confess that I was afraid but everything went wonderfully, and as he had imagined.

  I got a sea of praise on the timings and also about the organization, local food, bugueiros.

  Please repeat my thanks to all of his team, especially the bugueiro JEO has been exceptional on field trips with my family and thank you very much to you that since our visit to the technical purpose of the Convention, was very friendly and very good professional.
